Horizon Broadband was formed by the founders of Hope Engineers Inc. and Clearwave Construction, Inc. Hope Engineers has been providing Professional Engineering Services to the wireless industry for over 20 years, and Clearwave Construction has been providing construction services and maintenance services for wireless facilities for over six years. With this expertise in the wireless industry, and with the emergence of this need in the market, Horizon Broadband was the next logical step in the growth of our companies.
